Description
This course provides students theoretical techniques and skills to identify biological research problems, analyze the complex issues and relationships, and discuss scientific data in written communication. The student is involved in intensive library study and a proposed research under the direction of a faculty member. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to think critically about data and apply standard statistical procedures to draw conclusions from such analyses. Research proposals including experimental design will be developed and approved.

Prerequisite: Senior Standing.
